| I have found the love of my life...well realized it.

Jasper is his name-o
Maybe we should all stop looking at what we don't have and realize wonderful things we do have. Because we don't how long they/we will be here we should cherish every moment like it was our last.
LOVE FOREVER

| So...busy hit me all of a sudden this week... I LIKE IT! (I think)
Thats all...I think. | | |
| So today started out to be a pretty shitty day...
I was tired, it was rainy, and of course everyone expected me to do a million and one things. All I wanted to do is sleep. So I overcame the urge to sleep and embraced the day as best I could. So my first job of the day was to bring my sister stuff for her swim meet. So I did and of course she wanted me to watch her swim. So while warm up was going on I stepped out and headed to my mom's store to help her out till it was time to head back to the pool. Then I head back to the pool about an hour later and stayed there for... who knows how long. Then went and got lunch for mom and I and returned to the store once again. After eating I thought I might come home and paint alittle... no the urge to sleep hit me again so I folded. About two hours later I get a wake up call/ reminder about going to the barn with peg leg... uggg but as a good friend I sucked it up and rolled out of bed. Pouring worse than ever I honestly didn't think we were gonna make it all the way to the barn...but by the time we got there it had completely stopped. We hurried with the feeding process thinking any moment God was going to turn back on the facet. After all the horses were feed and all the buckets refilled we both paused to admire the most BEAUTIFUL AMAZING SUN SET I have ever seen in my life! it was like a calm yellow ocean gently brushing up against the huge rocks that protruded out of the water... laugh if you must but gosh it was just ....there's not even a word for it.
I'm glad I forced myself to roll out of bed and put my rain boots on...
My advice for the day:
Before you roll back asleep or decided to stay at home and sulk...think about what you could be missing if you do... even if it is just a sunset. Embrace everyday like its your last one.

| Well Gilbert has passed on to the great sea in the sky.... but i guess its ok because maybe he'll keep God as good of company as he did me.
(I think he had a stroke awhile back ago and was slowly deteriating)

You will not be a forgotten fish.

| Sorry Rachel... I had to go back to the boring old look that I had... it was killing my one eye try to read the small print... but THANK YOU BUNCHES for the temporary skin!!
So it starts...
Talk of camp that is.
Yes it is a whole five months away but before we know it, that five months will turn into that five minutes before we open the front gates on the first day of camp.... Its what we all wait for yet dread so much...Why do we love it? Well for the same reason we dread it of course...the campers. We love to see there smiling faces, of both returning and new. We love knowing that they are going to love what we've planed for the week. and of course we love our two hour break that we get everyday just so we can get away from the smiling little faces. On the other hand like I said earlier we dread the smiles of the bratty kids that we know there parents put them on their yearly drug holiday, and we dread all the behind the scenes planing that will have to go into the programs that we planed for the week and most of all we dread having to sit in that nasty ass RnR for two hours, with the staff that we are forced to live with all summer yet secretly want to kill with a life guard tube. Not mentioning any names... POGO! So yes as it begins many of us are faced with many decisions... returning... programs....upgrading to add staff (Do I want to become one of the forgotten?). All are answered with the same wonderful three words ever invented... I DON'T KNOW. So yes there it is... the random update of the night.
